In the event that any charge to a consumer’s account is declined, chargebacks, or otherwise rejected at any point in time, we will record the decline or rejection. Consequently, this will be considered a breach of the consumer’s payment obligations. As a result, the consumer’s transaction will be suspended or terminated. Such use of the Service will not resume until the consumer re-subscribes for such Service and pays any applicable fees in full, including any fees and expenses incurred by us, or any Third Party Service for each Chargeback received (including handling and processing fees incurred by the payment processor), without limiting any other remedies available to us under these Terms or applicable law.

In the event you participated in any of Boston PYPE affiliated events, you irrevocably grant to Boston PYPE  and Company’s assigns, licensees, successors, affiliates, contractors & partners the right to use your image and name in all forms and media, including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. You waive the right to inspect or approve versions of your image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images. You also release Boston PYPE and its assigns, licensees, and successors, affiliates, contractors & partners from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. Boston PYPE is permitted, although not obligated, to include your name as a credit in connection with the image.

BostonPYPE takes specific steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, improper processing, and accidental loss. Still, it is the consumer’s responsibility to safeguard the password that allows access to certain site areas. If unauthorized access is made using the leaked password information, the consumer will face severe legal consequences, and the account will be permanently banned from the site.

The participating vendors agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions listed on Appendix1 of the vendor agreement.

The vendor represents and warrants that: (1) It has the power to authorize the sale and/or display of its products online and; (2) all product information, data, images, and/or intellectual property provided by Vendor to BostonPYPE  (a) complies with all applicable laws; (b) are accurate and that all claims contained therein have been substantiated; and (c) have been cleared for the uses contemplated hereunder; and (3) it has secured any and all clearances, permissions, approvals, authorizations, rights, and licenses necessary for the use or display of all Vendor product or services information, data, images, and/or intellectual property provided to bostonpypedeals website.

Such use of the Service will not resume until the vendor re-subscribes for such Service and pays any applicable Subscription Fees in full, including any fees and expenses incurred by us, or any Third Party Service for each Chargeback received (including handling and processing fees incurred by the payment processor), without limiting any other remedies available to us under these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
