While PYPE concentrates its business in the northeast, it is up to the vendors to decide if they can ship internationally. For further clarification, please contact the vendors directly.

For questions regarding products and services, please direct your inquiries to the vendor. You will find their contact information on the store’s pages on our marketplace.
If you have any questions concerning payments or transactions on our site, please contact bostonpype.billing@gmail.com, and one of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible.
Please submit a request form for any other feedback or questions regarding stores, vendors, or the marketplace.

Your order request will be forwarded to the vendors within a couple of hours following payment completion on our site. We will not track your order past that point, and you will either be contacted by the vendors or can choose to contact them directly. Despite the fact that we don’t follow orders, vendors are bound by specific agreements with PYPE, so please submit a request form with details of the older orders if you did not receive prompt responses, and we will be more than happy to follow up with the vendors.

The sale of any item on our marketplace is final. Vendor payments will be processed immediately so that multiple sales points will be active behind the scenes. Should you wish to cancel an order, please review the vendor’s cancellation policy (which may differ from vendor to vendor) and begin the cancellation process there.
In the event that they do not have your order and payment in hand, please contact us, and our billing team will work things out with the vendor. The process usually takes 7 to 14 days.

The shipping time varies according to the product, the region, and other factors, and BostonPYPE will not handle any shipping inquiries on the site. Shipping is the vendor’s sole responsibility, so please contact them for more details.
